How long will my order take?
This will depend on the size of your order, the process required, and the number of orders we’re currently filling. Normally production takes 4-5 business days.
Rush orders are available for a small fee. The timing on rush orders is dependent on the number and quantity of orders we’re processing, but you can rest assured that we will do whatever we can to meet your needs!
What materials do you use?
We have a huge variety of Acrylic , wool , polyester materials, which are the very best when it comes to making long-lasting, durable scarves. We always provide material suggestions, based on what would work best for the type of flag you want to purchase.
Can you help design our scarves for us?
Absolutely! We have in-house graphic designers who can create a custom design just for you. The best part is, this service is free!
How many colours can I have on my scarves?
There is a limit of up to 8 colours you can request when you order our knitted scarves.
Digital printing techniques for sublimated polyester scarves are quicker and you do not have any colour limitations. Digital printing is the best option for small orders of 1-10 scarves.
Will the colour shown on my monitor be the same as my scarves?
Every monitor is different, which means the color you see on your computer may not match the color on your scarves exactly. That’s why it is so important for us to receive your Pantone colours.We use the Pantone solid coated matching system. We also have a colour swatch chart so you can pick the exact colours you want for your scarves.
Single or double sided scarves ?
you can have a different design on each side of the scarves at no extra cost !
How will you ship my order?
We prefer to use APC next day Courier or Royal mail Express 24 Post. You are welcome to use your own courier, just make sure you let us know when you place your order.
Do you have any guarantees?
We offer a 100% guarantee on our custom scarves because we only use the best yarns and materials. If for any reason you are not happy with the final product, please contact us, and one of our sales representatives will work with you until you’re satisfied.
Do you offer refunds or replacements for defective items?
Our quality control team checks every single scarf before they are shipped to your door. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If your order arrives in unacceptable condition, contact us, and we will replace the items in question.
Are your custom scarves washable?
Yes! Use a light machine cold wash cycle and hang them out to dry. Do not tumble dry.
